CATHOLIC STUDENT LEADERSHIP AWARDS (CSLA)

The Catholic Student Leadership Award honours the gifts of young people across the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board. This prestigious award recognizes students who exemplify the Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations in their school or classroom setting. Each award recipient is nominated by their teacher and school administrator. Award recipients are extremely talented individuals who demonstrate outstanding qualities in Catholic leadership, family commitment, involvement in school activities, and dedication to their faith communities. These award recipients are true role models who live out the Catholic Graduate Expectations every day.

Catholic Education Week affords us the perfect time to pay tribute to the student leaders in our schools and reflect on the importance of faith in our lives and the role it plays in Catholic education. Congratulations to all the 2025 Catholic Student Leadership Award recipients.

As well, at the CSLAs, the Outstanding Contribution to Catholic Education Award, will be presented. The Outstanding Contribution to Catholic Education Award is presented to a person in the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board who has made a significant contribution to Catholic Education, serving the students, staff, and greater community.

This year’s event will be presided over by the Most Reverend Gerard Paul Bergie, D.D., J.C.L., Bishop of the Diocese of St. Catharines.
