Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

1 Peter 1:3

Dear families and staff,

Easter is a season of transformation. It is a time when we open our hearts to the future knowing that we are guided through faith, love, optimism, and joy. Catholic education is rooted in the knowledge that the resurrection of Jesus is to be celebrated and that the death of our Lord Jesus Christ has redeemed for us, eternal life, and salvation.

During Lent, many of our students, staff, and community members have given up enjoyments that are not required to live a faith-filled and rich life. This time, during which many also devoted time to prayer and contemplation, can be reflective of the hardships that many people encounter in our world today. I am humbled by the care and compassion that I witness in our schools and know that our faith lives through the dedication of staff and the promise of our students.

On behalf of our Board of Trustees and Senior Administration team, I want to wish everyone a very Happy Easter. We hope you enjoy this long weekend and find time to spend with family and friends.

Thank you for your commitment to Catholic education and may God’s love fill your hearts, and the hearts of your families.

Wishing you a blessed and holy Easter,

Rick Petrella, Chair of the Board
