Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM)
The Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) program provides students with essential skills and work experience. Students focus their learning on a specific sector while meeting the requirements of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma. When it is time to make a post-secondary choice, students are well-informed and can draw on actual work experience to help them decide.

How do I apply?
Step 1 – Discuss your career plans with your parents, teachers and guidance counsellor consistent
Step 2 – Obtain a Registration Form from your guidance counsellor or Lead Teacher
Step 3 – Complete the Registration Form and give it to your guidance counsellor
