Distributing in Our Schools

Organizations shall contact the individual schools for permission to distribute material. If approved by the school principal or vice-principal, the distributing agency/organization will be responsible for printing/copying, bundling, and dropping off of the publication to schools.

An agreement to distribute is annual. Schools are not bound by historical practices.

Schools do not distribute electronic material. This means that schools do not use email (Outlook), the mass notification system (School Messenger) or electronic newsletter inserts to distribute for organizations. As stewards of the environment, the Board hopes to be able to move to electronic distribution sometime in the future.

The Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board does not forward information to schools using our electronic mail system.
